Positive Reviews
positive:
Winter warmer.
The indoor heated pool is a real bonus during the winter months and makes a visit during that period an even more attractive proposition. Add to this the proximity of Mc Donald’s across the road – and all those ice creams – and this is a paradise for young kids … and older kids, too! You can’t escape the sound of the sea - *who would want to? – but if it becomes a pain, just turn up the TV and close the patio door. Simple!
positive:
Everyone is so helpful.
Resident members of staff are great; very cheery and very helpful.
positive:
A space to enjoy.
Apartments are really spacious and those glorious sea views from the balcony are something else. They are individually owned so expect a general, rather than a specific, level of standards and facilities.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Distant and dated.
Some aspects are somewhat old and dated; particularly the bathroom. You’ll be disappointed if you expect to find many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is, though, a very useful 7-Eleven across the road and a nice café a couple of blocks away.
negative:
As free as air! ... not!
All the indications are that the future policy is to charge for every possible thing imaginable. Still, they can’t charge you for breathing in that fresh sea air … can they?! On that topic, there’s a lack of air circulation/ *no fan in the bathroom, so mirrors steam up immediately.
negative:
Game, set and match.
The games room is a loser; very old and neglected. Throughout, the Wi-Fi signal leaves much to be desired; not good.
