Hotel Romano Palace (Acapulco, Mexico)

Guests enjoyed having nice views of the beach and ocean area. It was good to have the views of the water, while some guests also had balconies available to sit outside.

The rooms were found to be good by guests who stayed here. The rooms had comfortable beds and were clean and tidy. The views from the rooms were also nice as most had ocean views. The basic amenities provided were nice for the price paid.

The hotel is on the main avenue of the city within a close distance from the beach area. It is across the road from the beach and walking distance from shops, night clubs and eateries. Guests were close to the attractions of the beach city.

Guests felt the hotel needed serious repair and maintainance to keep it up to date. Guests felt the air conditioning needed fixings, walls that needed painting and general old installations that were not working well.

Guests were disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. They felt the hotel had false advertising given they were expecting an Internet connection to work in their rooms.

Guests were wondering why they needed to pay deposits for things that should be available to hotel guests. They had to pay deposit for the remote control, the air conditioning and the iron. They did not like leaving so much money for things that did not need a deposit.
