Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive Parking
Guests say that on-site parking is very expensive, whether you do self-park or valet. However, as it is downtown Chicago, this is to be expected. There is a self-park just behind the hotel that offers covered parking for a little cheaper price.
negative:
City Noise
Traffic noise and sirens can be heard throughout the day and night, no matter how high up your room is. If you're not used to city noise, this can be quite a distraction. Bring earplugs.
negative:
Breakfast Extra Charge
Breakfast is not included in the room price and is rather pricey. Guests recommend exploring Chicago nearby for a great place to grab a cheaper breakfast. Try The Corner Bakery just around the corner.
