Most guests are extremely pleased with the quality of the beds and pillows used within the hotel. The beds were comfortable and linens were also very clean. As a result, guests were able to get a decent sleep at night.
Guests were disappointed with the level of noise coming from the on-going renovation within the hotel. A lot of deliberate banging was heard from the construction workers who were doing major repairs 24 hours.
Due to the strong chemical deodorizer used inside the rooms, guests had an allergic reaction and had to take medicines. Moreover, some guests even had no choice but to transfer rooms due to respiratory issues such as difficulty in breathing.
