The staff here are very hospitable and you are assured of a warm welcome with the staff on the reception desk in particular given a special mention by previous guests for their high standards of customer service and constant willingness to go out of their way to ensure that your stay here is a pleasurable one. They also have a great knowledge of the local area and are more than happy to recommend things to see and do here.

The hotel is located just outside of Racine so you are close enough to enjoy everything that the town has to offer, but far enough away so that you don’t get the hustle and bustle of the busy town. It is not too far from I-94 and in the streets surrounding the hotel you will find plenty of places to eat out and grab a bite to eat.

Breakfast has been described as ‘sad’ by previous guests who felt that the food offered lacked variety and lacked the quality you would expect with some also stating that items were not replenished so if you get down later than others you may find that the food has gone.

The walls must be paper thin as it is possible to hear guests in adjoining rooms and also when they walk up and down the corridors.

In some parts of the hotel it is starting to look rather shabby and a bit worn with a refurbishment needed to make it look more presentable.
