Camping site Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach (Port Stephens, Australia)

Many previous guests stayed here because of the parks proximity to the beach and the location did not disappoint. The park is also only a short drive from local supermarkets for much needed supplies.

The staff at the park were singled out by guests reviewers in their comments. Guests said that park staff were very helpful, professional and attentive. It seems staff will go above and beyond to help make their guests stay memorable.

Parents travelling with their kids were really happy with the parks facilities and said that the park was very family friendly. These guests also said that the park was good value for the whole family.

Families and other guests who need to stay connected to social media during their holidays were very frustrated with not being able to get onto the internet at the park. Guests said the signal was weak to non-existent.

Guests who stayed in the cabins commented that they thought that they were a little on the small side, with some complaining that the second bedroom in particular was very tiny.  Guests also said that in some cabins the air conditioning need looking at.

Guests commented that the pillows were really hard and that they did not get a greats nights' sleep. Guests also complained that the beds were too small and did not fit large adults comfortably.
