Positive Reviews
positive:
Metro and airport convenience.
This hotel apparently has a very convenient location, close to the Campo Pequeno Metro station, restaurants and not too far from the Lisbon Airport. Moreover, its location on the Metro line and proximity to buses apparently meant people could easily access all of the city's attractions and business facilities.
positive:
Simple, but affordable lodgings.
Low prices were said to be one of the main upsides to staying here and people said that as long as they only needed somewhere basic, clean and affordable to sleep, they were satisfied with what they got.
positive:
Basic breakfasts and helpful staff.
The majority of people who ordered the carb and protein-heavy breakfast here found it to be a decent, convenient start to the day, but mentioned that the coffee is worth skipping. On another note, the staff members working here were said to be helpful and amiable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Old, run-down looking and a bit noisy.
Guests often mentioned that they found the hotel room's decor, the electronic equipment and fittings such as the elevator to appear rather old and somewhat rundown. In addition to this, or perhaps because of the age, the walls were also said to be somewhat thin, with a good number of people noting some noise disturbance during their stay.
negative:
Bed sizes not always the right fit.
Some of those who stayed said they were either not able to have the size of bed they requested during booking, so perhaps make sure to double check on your booking if you have specific requirements.
negative:
No fridge in rooms.
According to reviews, anyone wanting to cool some food or drinks in their room were unhappy to find that their quarters were lacking a fridge to do so with.
