    Relax In The Crowd

    Though the resort can get crowded, you don't feel overwhelmed. People are there to relax, enjoy the surroundings, and be at peace, which is probably why you would go there as well.

    If you are looking for peace of mind, then this place is it. The accommodations are spacious, with modern facilities such as an updated kitchen and utensils. The bathroom is clean with tile floors, great air conditioning, and stunning views.

    There's Always Something

    Though the full rooms service is not expected everyday, the resort still seems to be a bit slow when it comes to service. For example, request can take several days to fill and items can be misplaced. It would seem that housekeeping would be more competent and reception would be more diligent when confronted with issues concerning the resort. Some furnishings could due with a bit of upgrading as well.

    Reception With A Bad Attitude

    It seems that the reception is overworked and stressed. Questions are answered abruptly and the atmosphere is not one of tranquility as the resort's name suggest. Arguing with guest in the lobby is a turn-off as well. Then again, people do have their bad days, but they should learn to keep it to themselves!

    It's Nature's Way

    If reptiles give you the creeps, then stay away from this resort, they are everywhere! You will find lizards, geckos, and iguanas, all doing what they do best, which is surviving in their natural habitat. However, it brings about another issue, cats. The resort has a huge amount of cats to help keep the lizard population under control. Oh, and don't stay near the turtle rescue center. The smell is not too pleasant.
