The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will try their best to make your stay memorable. They also provide recommendations and directions in case you need them. From the front desk to the Garden Cafe, guests were pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided.
positive:
Breakfast is nice
You need to put an individual order in for your breakfast that is included in your stay. While that means that you have to wait a moment for it to be prepared, it also guarantees you an individual choice and fresh meal. Most guests enjoyed this part of the day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Might be a bit noisy
The freeway is not far from the hotel and some guests had noise complaints due to the proximity. It is also depending what kind of room you get. You might want to ask for a room that faces in another direction, or pack some earplugs.
negative:
Water might have a color to it
Some guests were surprised by the cloudy or slightly brown water. The hotel draws their water from a natural source on property that is monitored by the authorities for quality, and it can, depending on the time of the year and dryness, have more or less minerals in it which cloud the water. If this is a problem for you you might not want to stay here.
negative:
Wi-Fi can be wobbly
The Wi-Fi did not work consistently for some guests. They had trouble connecting or the connection was dropped often.
