positive:
Rooms have excellent design & many extra amenities
The in-room furnishings were praised by the guests, as they looked extraordinary and have palace-like designs. In addition, the bathrooms looked modern and hot water is available anytime of the day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms have strong cigarette or weird odours
A few guests complained of the presence of cigarette odours even in the non-smoking rooms. The bathrooms sometimes smell like extreme moisture too. It was a good thing the staff was efficient in getting rid of the smells upon their complaint.
negative:
Minor complaints about the bathrooms
Some guests commented that the bathrooms are not that big. In addition, the bathrooms have glass walls, which do not provide much privacy. You can request the staff to provide shower curtains though, if you do not like the glass door setup.
negative:
Walls are quite thin
The walls are not that thick according to some guests, so they were able to hear noise from the adjacent rooms. The noise is not intense most of the time though, but the light sleepers are advised to wear earplugs before going to sleep for optimum comfort.
