Excellent breakfast
This seems to be what guests most appreciated about Liberty's. The breakfast was described as quite a spread, with a great variety of well prepared hot and cold options. It seemed to set guests up for the day.
Set in a convenient position just off the North Promenade, Liberty’s Hotel offers comfortable accommodation close to Blackpool’s crowd pleasing attractions. There is parking available on-site and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Regular entertainment is laid on at the ground floor bar and nightclub. A buffet breakfast is available every morning, including both continental and cooked options. There is also a restaurant on-site that serves both lunch and dinner. All the attractions along the North and South Promenade are easily accessible from Liberty’s. The North Pier is just 500 yards away, while families will really enjoy the Sandcastle Water Park, which is two miles to the south.

While reviews were inevitably mixed, most guests really liked and appreciated the attitude of the staff. They were described as very friendly and cheerful, which seemed to be wonderfully infectious at times.
Even guests who had some issues with the hotel conceded that they had received a very low room-rate. Most found that they had paid budget prices for simple, clean accommodation near the promenade, and that they had received exactly that - and good value for money as well.
Guests seemed to find quite a few little things wrong here and there that in their view needed to be repaired or replaced. Things like loose floorboards or broken fixtures. Also, quite a few mentioned that the décor was looking very tired and was way past the date it needed to have been updated.
While temperature preference is notoriously a matter of individual taste, there seemed to be a surprising number of complaints about the hotel's lounge area and bar being very cold. It is not quite clear why, but guests could always ask the staff to turn the thermostat up if it is really cold.
While there aren't a lot of comments about noise disturbances in general, quite a few guests pointed out that the floorboards in the hallway outside their room, and on the stairs, seemed to creak more than those of a haunted house.
