Beds are comfortable and showers are powerful. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers and a safe kiddie pool, and the spa services are good too, said guests.
The hotel is just a few minutes from a good sandy beach which is accessible via the rear of the hotel. There are plenty of bars and restaurant shacks offering cheap food on the beach and on the main street of Candolim. Car/bike rental is available close by.
The staff is friendly and helpful, felt most guests. Rooms are serviced everyday and the pool area is kept nice and clean too. Room service and service by the pool is available. The food served also receives appreciative comments. Breakfast includes English and Indian options.
Wi-Fi is not free at the Sonesta Inns which some guests did not like. Use of the Jacuzzi next to the children's pool is also chargeable.
