The property is owner operated and managed for a personal touch and there are 2 locations: Venice Ave or Menendez St. Both locations have a heated pool, gas grills, free WIFI, bicycles, HD TVs & free HBO and weekly housekeeping. When planning your Florida vacation you can rest assured that all your needs will be taken care of by our friendly staff. The property has a variety of vacation rentals ranging from efficiencies, studios, one bedroom and 2 bedroom vacation accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living rooms. You will find them to be much more like home than a hotel suite. The efficiency unit is the smallest accommodation with a microwave and bar refrigerator. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
