Instead of having to pay a lot of money to stay in one of the theme parks, guests can be just as close and enjoy quite spacious rooms in a serene setting with many amenities. Guests noted that the suites were perfect for families with children, since there was a lot of room to spread out.

The hotel is conveniently located to all theme parks with easy access by car or the free shuttle service and guests can also reach downtown Orlando in 22 minutes by car.

Guests noted that the pool was clean, large and nicely warm as was the hot tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax in, and the area never seems crowded.

Guests were not overly impressed with the quality of the breakfast items. Some reported hot foods being cold, undercooked and lacking in flavor. Others commented on the fact that there is no variety from day to day, which can get old.

With high-speed internet access available but only for a fee, guests found it to be too expensive with unreliable and slow speeds.

Guests remarked that the rooms could use some updating, as some of the towels and linens were frayed and the furniture displays a lot of scratches. The old-fashioned TVs are small and have a grainy picture and the mattresses should be replaced with more comfortable ones.
