For many guests who stayed here by far the best feature of the hotel was that it was so close to the Noosa River, where they could enjoy a number of different activities including water sports and  swimming.

The hotel is close to local restaurants and bars, which for guests who wanted to enjoy a night out was the perfect location and these experiences were written about in their reviews.

A number of guests who were travelling with their children positively reviewed the hotel which they described as very family friendly and great for kids. The children particularly enjoyed the pool area, where hours of fun were had for the whole family.

A common complaint about this hotel was that the bathroom and in particular the shower recess had settled in mould that looked like it had been there a while. Many visitors suggested that the bathrooms could use a deep clean.

Guests commented that there were a number of items in and around the hotel that required attention and additional maintenance including the locks on balcony doors, chipped furniture, paint that was peeling off the walls and dust that was piled up in the air conditioning units.

Guests commented that some of the hotels amenities had seen better days and suggested that management invest in replacing stained carpets, threadbear sheets and paying some attention to the outside of the building.
