    Cooking utensils supply is limited.

    In the fully-equipped kitchens, guests are supplied with ample cooking utensils to cook a basic meal. Unfortunately, there is not much in the way of baking utensils, but a Dollar-store is a short walk away, where guests will find anything they may require.

    In-room noisiness.

    Once checked into one's room, guests will find some things provide a little bit of noise during one's stay. For example, the pipes in some rooms are loud, and let off a 'screaming' sound when used, and the beds are noisy when one moves around in it. An upgrade in the maintenance department would not be amiss.
