There is a wide variety of food on offer at the hotel. The diverse menus greatly helped in catering for different palates. Guests found the dishes to be expertly prepared. Service was also top notch and one did not have to wait for long to be seated and served.

The staff members are very polite and interact very sociably with guests. The concierge personnel have superior knowledge of the surrounding area and are quick to recommend popular sites, restaurants and other attractions that they think might be of interest to you.

With its close proximity to Macronissos Beach, a few eateries and a variety of outdoor activities, the hotel is an ideal location for holiday makers. Delicious, well prepared food is served at the lovely onsite restaurants. The breakfast buffet is varied and abundant.

A number of guests were surprised to find that even when hot water was available; their showers still produced cold water. Some guests were put off by the very little hot water that was available.

A few guests have complained that the traffic was noisy, especially in rooms close to the road, even thought the rooms were apparently soundproofed. A few windows could not shut completely and this let more noise in. Noise coming in from the corridors and other rooms was also an issue.

A few guests felt that the hotel's wireless internet connection was quite weak. The slow speeds are only suitable for light to moderate internet web usage and the signal was prone to drop as you move from room to room.
