The 5-star Emirates Apart Residence is the most luxurious apart hotel in Bulgaria. Built on 10 storeys, the exclusive building has 24 apartments and one presidential suite. The exclusive piece of architecture has an elegant design inspired by the metro style of Abu Dhabi. Only high grade materials such as glass, marble and granite have been used for the construction and for the exterior works. A distinctive part of the project is the premium interior design - floor made of black marble and granite and walls made of glowing onyx stone. The unique building has 3 apartments on each floor.
