In 20-minutes by bus you can also reach Glòries Shopping Centre and the Arc de Triomf. The hotel is within walking distance to local to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The atmosphere created by staff and other guests is a friendly and welcoming one. Guests are able to socialise with other guests in the common areas. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, well-presented with modern decor and are brightly decorated. The kitchen is fully-equipped, which makes preparing meals easy.

A number of guests found it difficult to access the Wi-Fi service as the internet signal was weak. Other guests reported that they were not able to connect at all during their stay.

Some guests reported having difficulty sleeping due to the level of noise. The activities of other guests in the common areas and adjoining rooms were audible and particularly disturbing in the night and early morning, as can be the case in dorm accommodation.

A few cleanliness problems were reported by guests, including that the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly so that they became dirty and smelly at times. Some guests also questioned whether the bedsheets had been cleaned between guest visits, however only a few guests reported this.
