The hotel's close proximity to the West Edmonton Mall and other major establishments is one of the main reasons why guests chose the property. It is also closely situated to famous restaurants, a variety of local shops, and other high-end shopping areas.

Highly relaxing, clean, and comfortable beds
Most guests speak well of the high quality beds and pillows provided at the rooms. They were soft, huge, extremely clean, and comfortable. These facilities were bigger than what was expected so guests were able to sleep soundly at night.

Guests were satisfied with the overall quality of the breakfast provided at the on-site restaurant. They offer a wide variety of breakfast food to choose from which was very surprising. The quality of the breakfast was unexpected and has definitely exceeded most of the guests' expectations.

Defective air-conditioning system
The air-conditioning units could not be manually controlled so previous guests had difficulty staying inside the rooms due to the warm temperature. Some of the units were not working properly most of the time so guests had to switch rooms to feel more comfortable.

Inconsiderate employees
Most of the staff especially the front desk personnel were poorly trained and did not provide proper assistance to the guests. They were unfriendly most of the time and quite moody which was not appropriate for a hotel employee. Their irritable behaviour was one of the main reasons guests did not enjoy most of their stay.

Guests were utterly dismayed with the lack of either an indoor or outdoor pool facility at the hotel, as they wanted some relaxing facilities. The hot tubs were also not working most of the time even the steam showers.
