Noise From the Lobby

Iffy Spa Experience
On the days that the spa is short on staff, service has not been the best. Specifically, parties who want to get services like pedicures done at the same time may not be able to do so. Also, everybody has different preferences when it comes to massage pressure, and people have said that they felt the experience was unbalanced, with attention being placed on one side of the body over the other.

Fees Don't Show Up Until Check-out
Guests have expressed their frustration over extra charges not appearing on the bill until check-out. Specifically, resort fees and valet parking fees don’t show up until later in the stay, and take some by surprise.
