The accommodation here consists of villa rooms which instantly makes you feel like you’re on holiday. They are well-decorated, spacious and the laundry facilities are a great bonus if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Each villa also has its own kitchen area which means you have the flexibility to eat out or self-cater.
When the weather gets hot the swimming pools are the perfect place to hang out and cool down. There is plenty of seating around the pool including space for loungers and the waterfall adds to the ambience. Splash is the poolside grill area which serves food and drink throughout the day.
The customer service at this property is excellent. The staff are friendly and approachable and are happy to do what they can to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. Check-in is fast and efficient, the wait staff at Splash are excellent and guests have also enjoyed the entertainment programme offered at the hotel.
There is a gym on-site however it is rather small and therefore the selection of equipment on offer is quite limited.
Be aware that whilst staying here you may be invited to a time share sales pitch as this is something the property participates in.
The water pressure in this hotel leaves a lot to be desired so if you are looking to enjoy a power shower you may be left disappointed. This seems to be an area wide problem as opposed to this accommodation in particular.
