Too Remote
The hotel is designed to have everything you may need during your stay on the property, but some guests disliked not having better access to the outside. Transportation is complicated so it is recommended that you bring your own car to the property if you plan to do exploring outside the resort. Keep in mind, the car cannot be used on the premises.

Spotty Service
For the most part, guests were very impressed with the quality of service at the hotel but a few hiccups have been known to happen. Some guests say the staff was inattentive, especially during busy weekends, and the housekeeping sometimes forgot to clean up.

Mediocre Menu
The dining choices onsite were described as rather limited, and guests did not like the menu options lacking. In general, however, the dining experience was pleasant and the food, delicious.
