Pesto’s is said to serve up some excellent dishes and has q pretty good selection of drinks too. Guests say that all the food is both filling and delicious, and it’s reasonably priced. The breakfasts are surprisingly good and a great start to the day.
The front desk staff are super friendly and will do whatever it takes to help you out. They have a ‘can do’ attitude that pleases guests and makes them feel at ease from the moment that they arrive. Even when problems arise, they are always positive.
There have been more than a few instances at this hotel where things that should have been fixed weren’t. Problems with toilets, air-conditioning, and drains could all have been dealt with easily but the maintenance staff didn’t seem interested.
The halls at this hotel are loud enough that people in the rooms can hear other guests speaking quite clearly. You can even hear the music from the lobby in some rooms. Then there’s the problem with other guests making noise and the hotel doing nothing about it.
This hotel is getting a little rough around the edges and guests believe that it would benefit from some refurbishment work. The public areas are getting a little shabby and so too are the room. This makes it feel a bit overpriced.
