Negative Reviews
negative:
Steep staircase can be hard to climb.
Travellers with mobility issues will want to request a ground floor room when booking. Several of the guestrooms are placed on the building’s upper floors, and guests will have to traverse a steep and winding staircase to reach them.
negative:
Price is a little high for some people.
While there is a lot that people like about the Quayside Hotel, one thing that isn’t popular is the price. Nice service and a view don’t justify the price for some guests, especially considering the extra costs of evening meals and the distance between the hotel and dedicated parking area.
negative:
Some of the furniture pieces are a little worn.
Furnishings in the individual guestrooms could stand to be replaced as several guests have commented about them feeling well worn and detracting from the hotel’s otherwise nice decor.
