Guests say that the top floor rooms have a better design and more space with new and modern furniture. Guests like that the rooms are maintained cleanly with toiletries replenished every day.

The front desk staff is friendly and polite and Check-in is quick and smooth. The service at the restaurant is efficient and guests like the breakfast. Prices are inexpensive and guests say they get good value for their money.

Many guests say that rooms are extremely tiny with space barely available to open luggage. The beds are sizes fit for kids and many guests who are tall say that half their body is out of the bed. Toilets are also cramped and guests have to literally squeeze into it.

Guests say that there is no place to charge devices like phones and laptops. The plug points available are too low and all under the bed and there is no adapter provided as well.
