Positive Reviews
positive:
Very good food all round
It didn't seem to matter whether guests were talking about breakfast, lunch or dinner, all the meals coming out of the Nesbitt Arm's kitchen were said to be of the highest quality. The setting was also described as traditional and very lovely.
positive:
Pleasant and caring staff
Again and again guests complimented the staff at Nesbit Arms. They were not only described as welcoming and very friendly, but guests mentioned that they seemed genuinely caring, and were always ready to help them make the most of their holidays.
positive:
Great central location
While Ardara is hardly a massive village, guests still seemed to appreciate being located right at its heart. While it seems most were touring the broader area by car, they were happy that when they returned to Ardara they could park the car and walk anywhere in the town they cared to be.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms too warm for some
Many guests travelling in the colder months mentioned that that they found their room to be much too warm. It appears that there is no in-room temperature control, and the global setting results in at least a few rooms becoming quite a bit too hot for comfort.
negative:
Wi-Fi spotty
While there were perhaps fewer complaints than for the average hotel, several guests did still say that the Wi-Fi system could be a little unreliable. Guests who have an urgent need for reliable connectivity may have to consider using their mobile data.
negative:
No on-site parking
While guests did not appear to have much difficulty finding on-street parking close enough to the hotel, it was pointed out that there is no off-street parking available at all.
