The inn's guests were happy with the customer service of the front desk. The reception is remembered by name and many say they felt at home and would come back because of the professional and friendly personnel. For example, staff make the guests feel welcomed and provided advice for the area, as well as returned lost items.

For the rooms and facilities, many guests were satisfied to have a good deal and clean, relatively modern rooms. There were no particular bad surprises and the beds are comfortable so guests were content to have a good night's rest and not break the bank.

For no extra charge, some guests were able to stay at the inn with their pets. It is a relief to find an accommodation that is truly pet-friendly and does not charge for pets which is a positive.

Some guests complained that the smoke smell that could be smelled from their rooms was odd and overwhelming given the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. There was a guest who even bought an air freshener to reduce the smell and there were cigarette burns in the mattresses.

When people checked in, some of them had a strange feeling the area is not a great one. Some guests had direct experiences with people that were not mentally stable, had smoking issues and just seemed to have life problems that were obvious. There were people outside that were loud and drunk who were at times not quieted.

The toilets for some guests did not flush well and were left dirty by housekeeping. The bathroom showers and toilet had running problems and some people thought the cleaning was sub-par. The towels from previous guests were left in the bathroom, hairs and stains in the sheets and bathroom were unacceptable cleaning standards.
