Guests considered the complimentary breakfast buffet to be a positive of their stay at Best Western Ingram Park Inn; there are a wide range of breakfast food options, both hold and cold, that should satisfy all dietary tastes and requirements/restrictions.

The staff at the hotel are all extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that guest feel welcome upon arrival. From the staff working on the 24-hour front desk to those working in the breakfast area, every team member is accommodating and works to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

The hotel is conveniently located near a number of San Antonio attractions, including SeaWorld and the Ingram Park mall. A wide range of shops, bars and restaurants are in the area surrounding the hotel and the vibrant downtown area is a short drive from the hotel. A number of public transport links are nearby.

Some guests found that there were a large number of crickets outside and inside the hotel and some found dead crickets in their rooms. The crickets outside the hotel made a considerable noise that some guests found annoying.

While some guests found the location to be a positive, others would have preferred to be closer to the centre of San Antonio. Guests would recommend using a car for a stay at this hotel however, there are several easily accessible public transport links and other guests felt that the distance from downtown was a positive attribute as they are not disturbed by the nightlife noise.

Because of the hotel's convenient central location, which happens to be beside a busy main road, there is a lot of traffic noise generated by the cars and some guests found this annoying.
