The hotel's food and drinks is very good
Guests are offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which is extremely well prepared. There are a variety of hot and cold dishes served and most guests were spoilt for choice as a result of the variety of the dishes on offer.

The hotel's staff members are very jovial and welcoming. They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. Not only are they readily available, they give you all the information you need.

Despite their compact nature, the rooms are quite clean and have very comfortable beds. All the guesthouse's rooms are tastefully decorated and modern. Daily housekeeping is also available.

Poor circulation of air in the rooms
A few guests had raised concern over the smoke coming to their room. The air conditioning in some rooms was broken and unable to sufficiently allow the air to circulate into and out of the room thus the rooms can get hot and stuffy.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is weak in guestrooms
A number of guests have complained about the paid Wi-Fi connection provided by the hotel. The speed was relatively slow and was only manageable for light web browsing. Guests were of the opinion that for the amount of money they were spending to stay at the hotel the Wi-Fi should have been free.
