Guests speak well of the lovely and relaxing pool area which offers a magnificent view of the sea. The pool area is large enough to accommodate the total number of guests, and is extremely enjoyed by the kids since it is not crowded. The water temperature is also perfect and suited for the weather.
Most guests admired the high standard breakfast food offered at the hotel. Guests can choose from Balinese to typical American dishes. Breakfast includes eggs, omelette, bacons, Nasi Goreng, noodles, fresh fruits, coffee, and juices which are satisfying and more than enough to keep them going all throughout the day.
Due to its close proximity to the Sanur beach which is just a short walking distance away, guests have enjoyed their stay. The hotel is also close to other establishments within the area such as restaurants, supermarkets, and automated teller machines.
Previous guests complained about the lack of a proper top cover or sheets on the beds which was very unusual for hotels. The standard rooms did not have bed covers so guests had to call the reception area just to request for one. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide covers at all!
The lack of proper Internet especially within the rooms has been very inconvenient for the guests. They get disconnected most of the time and they can only connect on communal areas or public places but not inside the rooms.
Aside from the poorly maintained bathroom area, guests also had issues with the low water pressure and the poorly functional water heating system. There was no hot water available most of the time and the water pressure was so weak.
