Positive Reviews
positive:
Amazing staff make the difference.
The staff at this hotel are simply outstanding and provide you with a real warm welcome from the moment you step in the door. It’s not often that a hotel can boast that the staff is its best feature, but this is the case here.
positive:
Great location right in town.
You can be anywhere in town within a few minutes walk from the hotel front door. If you’re visiting the area, it really is the perfect location for everything. Easy access to the motorways and twenty minutes from the airport make staying at this hotel a n
positive:
No hidden extras at this hotel.
You get what you pay for and at this hotel that means you’ve got yourself a bargain. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and toiletries are just some of the small things that make you feel like a valued customer rather than a paying guest.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A few too many steps.
If you struggle with stairs and steps, then you might want to choose another hotel or ask for a room on the ground floor. It’s not a major issue but if you’re less than mobile it could become very inconvenient for you.
negative:
Ground floor rooms not great.
Some of the ground floor rooms face the street so opening a window seems a bit unsafe. In fact, the windows can be easily opened wide enough for a person to nip in and help themselves to your possessions. Best to stay on an upper floor.
negative:
Rooms a bit stuffy.
The rooms at the hotel can get a little stuffy which is not great for a good night’s rest. Opening the window just means that you will get a lot of street noise to keep you awake. Either way not the best for a hotel.
