Landmark Grand is close to shopping malls, thus fulfilling the needs of shopping and entertainment. As reported by past guests, they were able get a private taxi just outside the hotel. Moreover, metro station and bus stop are also within walking distance.

Shuttle service by the hotel has been a feature highly appreciated and enjoyed by the past guests. Hotel runs shuttle services to the beach and shopping malls that mostly meets all the guests’ demands in terms of travelling and has been a successful feature.

Access card key- Troublesome.
Hotel guests have encountered issues with the room key card. The access card gets deactivated anytime it gets close to anything magnetic like credit cards and mobile phones. Guests had to visit reception to get it reactivated which annoyed them.

Air conditioners create noise pollution.
Some of the guests have had problems with the air-conditioners not working properly in the room at Landmark Grand. In certain instances, guests have mentioned that the air-conditioners made such a loud noise that they weren’t able to sleep.

While most of the guests have liked the hotel’s modern décor, some have felt that the bathrooms of the hotel are substandard and demand refurbishment. The bathrooms doesn’t match the hotel’s class and should be updated.
