While Japan might be known for smallish hotel rooms, that is not an issue here. Travellers say the accommodations at the property are large and give you ample space. In addition to this, the rooms are nicely decorated and have plenty of amenities.

The property operates a shuttle bus which can drop you off at the Karasuma Oike subway station. Guests explain that the shuttle service is nice to have since it saves you the trouble of walking to the nearest subway station which is roughly ten-minutes away on foot.

The hotel is situated a ways away from the city centre and several travellers claim that there isn't much to see or do around the property. The downtown area can be reached using the subway and the property provides a shuttle bus service to the nearest station.

There are five restaurants at the hotel and most guests say the food served at these is pretty good. However, it was also noted that the price of dining at the on-site eateries is a bit high and might be tough for you to stomach.

Visitors complain about the fact that the property doesn't have very many on-site facilities for you to use. For instance, the hotel does not have a fitness centre, a pool or a spa.
