Vacation amoungst nature
If you have come to Countryside Express for a huge helping of peace and quiet, then that's exactly what you will get. There is nothing noisy around for miles, and the surrounding lush greenery is what many guests enjoy about this accommodation.
positive:
Conveniently dog friendly
For those visitors who have their friendly four-legged pet travelling with them, this accommodation welcomes them with pleasure. Pet-friendly rooms are conveniently on the ground floor, creating easy access for the family.
positive:
Great meals
Visitors have described the breakfast and dinners as great value for money, saying that the cuisine made them feel like they were at a home away from home. Meals were more like home-cooked delights, instead of typical hotel food.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Tired old building
If you don't mind a building that is a little run down, and rooms that need a bit of TLC, then Countryside Express will be fine, however some guests feel that an upgrade of the outer building and the rooms will be a great idea.
negative:
Rooms rather cold
Many of the rooms are very cold when visitors first enter after the check-in procedure. Regardless, luckily there is a log fire that soon heats the room after it gets going, and should probably keep going for as long as possible.
negative:
Low water pressure
Some visitors were disappointed when they tried out the shower after a long day of local sightseeing. The water was no more than a bit of a trickle, and this created quite a bit of frustration as most guests looked forward to a long hot shower after coming in from the typically cool weather.
