Positive Reviews
positive:
Attractive and safe neighbourhood
Laureles, where Inntu Hotel is situated, is an up-and-coming
residential area of Medellin and guests of the hotel can feel secure, enjoy its
calm atmosphere and be within convenient walking distance of restaurants, shops
and even a metro stop all at once.
positive:
Sleek and modern décor
The hotel’s guest rooms and public areas alike are
contemporary and clean and previous guests have enjoyed the sophisticated feel
of the décor.
positive:
Best views of the city
Be it from a room on one of the higher floors or the rooftop terrace or hottub, Inntu offers some breath-taking views from its up to sixteen floors which is a highlight during many people’s stays.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast could be improved
Quite a few people have remarked on the breakfast being repetitive
and of average quality considering the price paid and at times items have run
out before the end of the breakfast period. There are however restaurants
nearby which can serve as alternatives for example Crepes & Waffles just a
few blocks away from the hotel.
negative:
Single small elevator
There is just one elevator on site and given the fact that
the hotel has sixteen floors, it’s worth noting that this sometimes makes for
fairly long waits while trying to move up and down.
negative:
Extra charges for visitors among other things
A number of previous guests have been caught off guard by
the additional fee charged for any visitors to the room even if they stay for a
short time during the day and don’t spend the night. Aside from this the use of
the swimming pool also incurs an hourly fee.
