They personally escort guests to rooms and provide them with a tour of the property, they arrange transportation, they accommodate late arrivals, they ask lots of questions to get to know guests better, they try to accommodate special requests and they resolve issues quickly.

Guests reported that the guest rooms are very large with lots of storage areas. Also reported was a high standard of cleanliness, lots of natural light and lots of extra amenities to ensure comfort and enjoyment.

Unhelpful and Unfriendly Staff.
Some guests reported that the staff at Rosemount are rude and unwilling to provide help to guests when needed. Also reported was staff who become defensive when complaints are made, staff who intimidate guests for simply asking questions, staff who don't deal with issues in a prompt manner and long waits to be checked in.

Guests reported a number of issues with the guest rooms including broken appliances, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, a lack of curtains, walls that aren't soundproof, tattered bed linens, windows that don't close properly, uncomfortable beds, small bathrooms with malfunctioning showers, holes in walls and a lack of air conditioning.
