Good location
Situated down a quiet side street, this hotel is great for those who want quick access to the centre of town and a good night's sleep in the heart of Seville. Past visitors report that this property is surrounded by shops, bars and great restaurants.
positive:
Exotic interior
Guests absolutely loved the exotic interior of this boutique hotel. Decorated in typical Moorish style and accented with geometric tiles, columns and even a chandelier or two, this property really draws on the city's cultural heritage, making guests feel that they too are part of history.
positive:
All-around gem of a hotel
The location is great, the property is beautifully decorated and the staff are nothing but helpful. Many also felt that this hotel represented excellent value in the heart of Andalucia and for this reason, a fair few couldn't believe their luck in booking this all-around gem of a property.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small rooms, handheld showers
Rooms are on the small side. However, it seems that some guests were indeed taken aback by the less than spacious accommodation here. Also, while they are commonplace in Europe, a number of North American guests were surprised to find that bathrooms were fitted only with handheld showers.
negative:
No view
This hotel faces an alley or small lane and so those who were
expecting to get a room with a view were left sorely disappointed.
negative:
Noise from street and courtyard
The walls here were also rather thin and unfortunately, there were some complaints of noise filtering in from the street. There is also a draw-back to this hotel's decorative scheme, which features a traditional courtyard down the centre of the building: some found that any noise from this area also echoed into their rooms and was a cause for disturbance.
