Hotel Züri by Fassbind (Zürich, Switzerland)

The hotel is not in a central location but it is in a trendy and lively neighbourhood. It is also walking distance from the tram stops that can take you to the central area. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms were found to be clean and tidy by guests who stayed here. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, while the essentials were provided such as tea and coffee makers. The rooms provided for the basics of a stay.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests who stayed here. They provided for a convenient check-in and check-out. They also gave useful information for the area and were there to arrange for transportation.

Guest felt that for the price the hotel did not live up to what it advertised. They would have preferred to have breakfast included and modern rooms and amenities. The location was not central and the furnishings were old and worn.

Guests did not enjoy the fact that they had to drop the keys at reception when they were not in the hotel. This meant they had to wait for the reception to not be occupied and for them to hand you back the key.
