Most of the positive reviews are focused on the hotel’s practical and convenient location. Guests loved the hotel’s close proximity to Pratunam shopping district, Pantip Plaza, Platinum mall, restaurants, supermarkets, and other major establishments.

Simple yet spacious and satisfying rooms
Despite having basic and simple rooms, most guests are satisfied with the actual size of the rooms. Rooms are quite large, spacious, and well suited for up to three persons. There is also enough hot water in the shower and complimentary water bottles and toiletries provided for the guests.

Superb in-room massage services!
The hotel offers in-room massage service with reasonable prices so the guests are able to enjoy their overall stay. The full body and foot massage which normally last for almost an hour was a very relaxing and soothing experience for the guests.

Insufficient breakfast choices
Due to the lack of enough variety for breakfast food, guests were disappointed and had no choice but to look for other options outside of the hotel. Although it was free and was part of the room rates, the quality was very poor and unsatisfying. The food was not warm and there were no cutlery or table napkins available.

Staff needs more training
Most guests were enormously displeased with the negative attitude shown by the staff. The receptionist was not even smiling and was unapproachable. Their offensive behaviour was one of the main reasons why previous guests did not fully enjoy their stay.

Guests had issues with the poor Wi-Fi especially inside the rooms. They were dismayed that they had to go to the reception area every day just to get a new username and password, which was very inconvenient, in order to use the Internet.
