Showing it's Age
Despite recent renovations, the rooms could still use a facelift. The lobby has been completely refreshed but the rooms, only partially. The furniture, doors and carpet clearly show some wear. Some guests complained about the rooms and hallways being rather humid. However, the housekeeping staff keeps the rooms in excellent, clean condition.
negative:
Check Your Bill
Several guests complain about billing errors. Examples include extra charges for services not rendered, double billing and charges for services that were complimentary. It is recommended that you check your bill to avoid this mishap. The staff is very helpful and willing to sort out any errors right away.
negative:
Slow Service
While most of the service is great, several guests complain about it being slow in some aspects. Housekeeping does a great job but takes a long time to finish the entire floor. Your room may not be made up until late in the day. Luggage service and requests for extra items to be brought to the room may also take a while. Guests have had to call to remind the staff.
