Positive Reviews
positive:
Large, spacious condos with ample amenities.
The resort features some really large condos including three-bedroomed ones with plenty of space to take in a large family. The condos contain most of the basic amenities and modern furnishings including leather couches, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances that make family stays comfortable. The site grounds are extensive with ample play and entertainment facilities to keep both children and adults happy.
positive:
Great location.
Although Vista Cay Resort by Millenium lacks a standard restaurant, it more than makes up for this deficiency by being close to many great restaurants as well as many top family attractions including SeaWorld, Aquatica, Wet n Wild, Discovery Cove, and Universal, among other tourist hotspots.
positive:
Great staff and community.
Many guests have reported that the hotel's staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The resort's community is warm and friendly, easy to interact with. A truly great family resort with just the right ambiance.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Sparse furnishings in deluxe condos.
Some guests have reported that while the more plush condos in the hotel are tastefully furnished, the living area in deluxe condos is mostly empty space with a small alcove and loveseat. This renders the otherwise sound décor a bit bland.
negative:
Rooms need more sound-proofing.
Although the condos are well-designed by many counts, a few guests have pointed out that the walls are not adequately sound-proofed and guests can hear noise from adjoining rooms and surrounding areas.
negative:
Penalties applied for damaged amenities.
A few guests have complained that the hotel can apply penalty charges to guests' credit cards for things like wine stains on carpets or damaged amenities even months after staying in the hotel.
