Negative Reviews
negative:
Soundproofing system is quite poor
Some guests complained that the rooms have thin walls, ceilings, and floors. They were able to hear noise coming from the adjacent rooms or those above them. Thus, it may be better to choose rooms on the upper floors to minimise the problem.
negative:
Inconvenient location- far from the centre
The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, making it difficult to reach. Some guests also find the hotel to be quite hard to find, especially with the type of roads you would have to pass by just to get there.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi signal
Wi-Fi access is available for free throughout the hotel. However, some guests expressed their disappointment on the slow Internet signal available. They found it difficult to connect, and to just even check their e-mail for important matters.
