The reception staff, and the quick check-in impress, whilst the size of the suites is also a great plus for guests, as is the convenience of being able to prepare one's own meals, something that is important for visitors who need to monitor their diet and ingredients. Checking in and out was smoothly achieved, even at times in the early hours of the morning.

The location near to Manchester airport (2 miles) and the efficient free shuttle service were well appreciated, as was the proximity of the good New Hampshire shopping mall. The rooms and the beds provide a comfortable and restful overnight stay.

Guests were pleasantly surprised and impressed by a maid service that did their washing up for them, something that is rarely found elsewhere.

Guests commented adversely on the strange fragrance left in the rooms by the cleaning products in use here. It was suggested that the hotel would do better to make use of fragrance-free and non-allergenic products.

Seating for breakfast was rather limited, and guests found that they were more comfortable taking their meal back to their own suites. Likewise the selection at breakfast was not very exciting, with the better items running out and not being replaced very quickly. It was felt that at the same price level one could find better places in the locality.

The suites seem to be somewhat outdated, equipped with appliances that are very old, whilst the furniture feels old and worn. A number of guests found the presence and proliferation of dogs to be rather overwhelming, particularly so where they had not been forewarned that this is a hotel that allows guests to bring their dogs.
