This hotel is amazingly modern with lots of local art dotted throughout the building. They obviously pout a lot of effort into the décor, and the result is impressive. Guests have said that it has that wow factor that you see from the moment you arrive.
The food served in both Café Sofa, and Frankie is said to be the best in the area. Guests certainly seem to think so and are impressed by the menus that include both local and international dishes. It's great to have such delicious food available on-site.
The staff aren't too bothered about making sure that you are okay at this hotel. There have been booking issues and payment problems, but the staff didn't do much to rectify the situation. They aren't the friendliest bunch either which makes the place a little unwelcoming.
