Old-fashioned lift
According to feedback, The Osborne Hotel's lift is a little tricky to use. It is an old-fashioned lift and the doors need to be closed manually. If the doors are left open then it's not possible to call it from another floor forcing guests to use the stairs instead.

Issues with the car park
It seems that there is a bit of confusion over the whereabouts of the hotel's car park with some guests not being able to find it. Those that were able to locate it report that there are a limited number of spaces available which were insufficient to meet demand.

Hotel needs updating
A few guests suggest that the hotel would benefit from updating the décor with the public areas and rooms being described as drab and not very modern. However, the hotel's owners are in the process of upgrading the accommodation and this should bring a refreshed look while still retaining the charm of the building.
