Guests at the Old Coach House love its fabulous location, where they can unwind and feel at one with nature.

The beautiful building, which has retained much of its traditional charm and original features, for example its exposed beams, are adored by guests who appreciate the old.

With its playground, close proximity to the beach, rolling meadows, and a kids menu at the restaurant, families love the freedom to roam, and opportunity for adventure that this hotel provides.

Showers have been an issue for some guests at the Old Coach House, with complaints that the temperature can suddenly get very hot, then drop to cold. Not the invigorating start, or relaxing end to a day guests had hoped for.

Guests have at times felt infuriated when they have arrived at the Old Coach House, to discover that there is nobody to greet them, and that they need to check-in and collect keys via its sister hotel, a five minute walk away.

Some complaints have been made with regards to dusty rooms, bins not changed, and traces of previous guests left in rooms that have been cleaned.
