This budget property was reportedly well-maintained inside and out. The remodelled rooms with wood-effect flooring, effective air-conditioning and flat-screen TVs went down well with reviewers, who described them as smart, spacious and clean. There was praise from those on extended stays for the well-equipped kitchenettes and seating areas with dining tables. The reasonable room rates prompted many budget-minded guests to say they got fair value for money. The attractive outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace also won praise from guests.

Downtown Tucson, universities, shopping malls and the airport were all conveniently a short drive away from this property just off Interstate 10. Motorists also loved the ample free parking and said it was straightforward to get to regional attractions, beauty spots and the Mexican frontier. The proximity of petrol stations, convenience stores and dining options in the surrounding area was another bonus.

It disappointed some guests that they had to pay a small weekly charge to access the Wi-Fi at this property. There were also occasional reports of underwhelming speeds and patchy coverage.

The extended stay format of this property meant that there was free housekeeping provided on a weekly basis. Some critics wished the service had been offered more frequently.

Light sleepers blamed thin walls for making noise from neighbouring rooms audible at times. Furthermore, certain rooms facing the freeway were reportedly exposed to occasional traffic noise.  Unpleasant odours such as lingering smoky smells were detected by guests in several rooms.
