Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent location
Guests were clearly very happy with the location of the hotel. They liked that it was just off the interstate, since it meant it was easy to find initially and convenient when traveling around the region. Guests also mentioned that there were some great restaurants and other amenities nearby, and that Lake Perris was not too far either.
positive:
Terrific breakfast served
You’d have to look very hard indeed to find a bad word written about the breakfast itself. Guests really enjoyed the food, saying that what was offered was a truly varied and delicious spread, with something for absolutely everyone.
positive:
Good Wi-Fi
Considering that Wi-Fi is something most guests typically take for granted, there were a large number of comments that praised the system as being both reliable and fast enough for any reasonable needs.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A little outdated
A number of guests felt that the décor in both the rooms and in the public areas of the hotel was a bit dated. They said it had clearly been some time since the last renovation and the hotel definitely needed one now. The old style cathode ray TV’s were one of the issues brought up.
negative:
Numerous power outages
Quite a number of guests, traveling at different times of the year, reported experiencing power outages at the hotel. While not the hotel’s fault, it seems it may be in an area that experiences a higher than average chance of power outages.
negative:
Restrictive breakfast hours
Guests wanting to sleep in, especially over the weekend, were unhappy that the hotel stopped serving the breakfast relatively early, meaning that they either had to rush or skip it completely.
