Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent onsite restaurant
While guests were very impressed with the cabins indeed, they were almost more impressed with the onsite restaurant. The location is remote and there are not too many other restaurants around, so it attracts guests from a fairly wide area, rather than just those staying at the cabins. In any event, guests really couldn’t fault the food or service and described their meals there as top notch.
positive:
Exceptionally charming and rustic cabins
To say that guests really liked their cabins would be an understatement – they loved them. They were described as rustic, but in the best possible way, with the wood burning fireplace typical being the highlight for those travelling in the colder months.
positive:
Situated in spectacular surroundings
Of course, guests come to the Banff area for the incredible natural surroundings. Guests were happy to report that the setting of the cabins meant they could fully enjoy the spectacular scenery and gorgeous wooded areas.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No fridge or Wi-Fi in the cabins
A number of guests were surprised to find out that their cabin had neither in-cabin Wi-Fi nor a refrigerator - not even a small one. They seemed perplexed, since they took for granted that a place of this type, and at its price point, would surely have these two amenities.
